I see many great areas of service that Escoe Bliss offers. However, I do not see anything related to Process Improvement. In my opinion, this would be a great companion service to offer, especially in the areas of Organizational Change and Business Consulting in general.
To quote a famous Process Expert: "All work is process work." William Shewhart once said: "If you can't define what you are doing as a process, then you don't know what you are doing."
When you combine Process Consulting with Lean thinking and Lean Six Sigma methodology, then you have a powerful solution. When you further combine this with Organizational Consulting, you have a winning combination that is hard to beat.
